MRR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific medical claim recovery rates or financial outcomes. Performance varies based on payer mix, patient demographics, and payer policies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Maximum Revenue Recovery Inc. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
